Why is my USDT transfer taking so long?
- The withdrawal has not been broadcast yet: some exchanges review withdrawals before sending.
- Waiting for confirmations: the receiver may require dozens of blocks.
- Low gas on Ethereum: a transaction with a low fee can sit pending when the network is busy.
- Wrong network or missing memo: the funds arrived on-chain but the receiver cannot credit them automatically.
How to check
Ask for the transaction hash (TXID) and look it up on Tronscan, Etherscan, BscScan or Solscan. If it shows as confirmed, the transfer is done on-chain and any remaining delay is on the receiver’s side.
